Velora Books is an independent bookseller for readers who want Scripture they will actually open every day, not a Bible that sits on a shelf. We stock one trusted title at a time, starting with The Charles F. Stanley Life Principles Daily Bible in the New American Standard Bible translation.

Why we chose this book

It earned its place here because it quietly solves the problem most people have with the Bible: they own one, but never read it through. The whole of Scripture is arranged into 365 dated daily readings, each paired with one of Dr. Stanley’s Life Principles, so a full year of reading is already laid out for you.

What we are not

We are a bookseller, not a ministry or a publisher. The teaching, the translation, and the trademarks belong to the people who created them. We simply carry the book and stand behind it.

How we choose what is next

Every title we carry has to pass one test: will it still be open on the nightstand a year from now? If it will not, it does not make the shelf.
